Your role involves managing paid marketing campaigns with our customers around the globe and building productive relationships based on trust and top-tier support. You’ll be responsible for target accounts, engage through emails, social media, and direct communication, and serve as the main contact for our customers. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be a subject matter expert on our product value propositions, possess in-depth knowledge of the Web3 space, and have the technical expertise necessary to support our customers’ journey from onboarding to running successful targeted campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven track record of 2-3 years in Technical Customer Success roles in multicultural environments
- Deep knowledge of Paid Ads platforms on Social Media (Twitter, Reddit, Meta)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of the Web3 space
- Proactive attitude based on personal responsibility and accountability
- Curiosity, willingness, and ability to learn new fields independently
- Strong proven technical abilities
- Great advantage - background in data analysis, Python, SQL, and data visualization
